A: If ordered product is not in stock, it will display on the website. There will be cases when you order a product and product goes out of stock, in that case we will call you to suggest a product replacement or offer you refund.
A: Your order will be shipped from Monday through to Friday, with the exception of Weekends and UK public holidays. Any order made after 12pm and on any other day that is not a working day shall be processed on the next working day. Furthermore, any orders which are made on Friday or the Weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day (Monday).
A: Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of receiving confirmation of your payment. Any delays in delivery will be conveyed to you.
A: GFGO will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. We deliver daily from 8:00am to 10:00pm. The email will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the goods purchased by you.
A: Yes, of course you can if the address for delivery falls within our delivery area. At the time of checkout, please make sure you specify this in the shipping address.

A: Yes, we do have a minimum order value of £30. There will be an additional charge of £3 to your bill, should your order value fall under £30.
A: If you are not satisfied with your order, then you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery. As long as, the goods are in the original packaging and have not been opened in any way. Damaged or opened goods may not qualify for a full refund.
