The parcel was delivered to the wrong address - to a different street and up a steep hill which I am unable to walk up owing to illness. Luckily and unusually the owner was home and brought it to me soon after delivery. The address on the parcel was correct. The parcel was well-packaged and everything inside was in excellent condition.
